Platform operator and data controller

Royar Kanan operates the platform in his own name. RojDeal is the platform name.

Data processed

Registration, profile and contact data, listings, photos, videos, locations, favourites, messages, reports, support requests and technical security logs.

Purposes

Accounts, publishing, search, chat, moderation, support, abuse prevention and platform security.

Providers

Supabase and technical hosting, storage and delivery services may process data as required to provide the service.

Retention and deletion

Account deletion can be requested. Limited data may be retained where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention and legal defence.

Reliability, language and translation

To improve reliability, we record only the error category, time and platform, linked internally to the account identifier to limit repeated reports. These records are deleted after 7 days. They do not contain passwords, access codes, message content, URLs, error details or precise location and are not used for advertising or browsing tracking.

Your language choice is stored on your device and, for signed-in users, also with the account. This supports delivery in your language, language statistics and support administration. When administratively necessary, the authorized platform owner can view user counts and users associated with each language. Without an explicit choice, a supported device or browser language is used.

The original listing text remains stored and available. When automatic translation is enabled, public listing titles and descriptions are sent to Microsoft Azure Translator and translations are stored for reuse. This feature does not transmit chats or private drafts. Translations can be inaccurate; check the original when necessary.
